I have different taste as far as the typical bridal salon is concerned. Some of the dresses i think are gorgeous but simply arent me. So I set out to find a place that I could have my dream wedding dress professionally made…and within budget.
I found Custom Couture. They have lots of possibilities. They will make your dress custom, you you can choose from a variety of dresses on the site, you can also mix and match peices and elements from other dresses to create a super dress! They will even draw you a fashion sketch of your design at a small extra fee. I personally just want a completely custom dress. I have my sketch and I showed it to them, letting them know the size and the fabric I would like and my quote was only 799! That included shipping. That is an excellent deal.
I decided to order some sample swatches to take a look at their fabric to see what i wanted. The samples are $5 per fabric but you get it in all of the colours. However they were out of taffeta and I didnt see organza on the list! So I emailed them to inquire about it and I got an email back in 20 minutes! They have always been very fast to answer my questions. Never taking longer than 24 hours to reply. It turns out they were busy and only out of the samples but not of the fabric, and that they would also be more than happy to include the organza with it! Ontop of that they said they would send it to me FREE! I gave them my address and now im simply waiting to see.
OVERAL SO FAR their customer service is wonderful and the emails are warm and personal. You get the feeling of deffinite professionalism but without the cold empty lifeless feeling. Theyre professional AND they care and are very kind and make you feel very special. Theres no doubt that I will be purchacing my gown from them.
